I may still need some help
I called a very reputable helicopter place and told them I had an O.S. 61 WC engine and that I was running 15% fuel, about where should the needle settings be? They said 1 turn out on low, 1 1/2 on med, and 2 turns out on high. To get it to not load up going from idle to hover I need to have the low out 3/4 of a turn and the mid maybe 1/4 turn. Where do you guys have yours set at??

The manual for your engine is at:
http://www.osengines.com/manuals/61s...-wc-manual.pdf
It has good instructions on how to tune the carb.
