Default Tight clutch

I just put a new clutch and bell in my Raptor 30. It is really tight. Is there a good way to get this to loosen up, or will it just need to run?

Inspect the clutch. The gap between the shoes and the body should form parallel lines, if the shoes are spread out thats your problem.

Did you replace the liner? If so inspect it for high spots or the old one not being completely removed. If both are ok just run up the idle a bit while holding the head a few seconds for a time it may break in a bit after a flight or two.

Thanks BH. I am new to nitro helis and when I turned the head in both directions it felt tight. I ran a header tank of fuel through it and it will idle right down with out the head spinning and grabs immediately when I throttle up. Thanks for the help. I think I just over analyzed.
