Default Fuel proof coating for pilot figure

I need to fuel proof a pilot figure that I just finished painting with acrylic paint. I would like a matte or flat finish not gloss. Is Krylon crystal clear fuel proof? The pilot figure is exposed, open cockpit, but the exhaust exits on the bottom of the plane so I don't think he will be hit by much. It is a glow powered plane though. Any suggestions?

You could use a flat Polyurethane, but I wouldn't be too worried about it
