Default polaris foam plane

I am building my second polaris plane made with depron 6 mm foam.

I picked up some tape from tap brothers and was told there is a site telling how to put in on.

Its the sealing tape.

I was given a site for the video, but can not find it. I must have copied it down wrong.

any help

Default RE: polaris foam plane

I gave up on getting advice on this tape and gave it a try. Not big deal.

I put some on a scrap piece of foam and butted two pieces of take together. I did read to use med. heat.

I used the mono-coat heat gun , held back about 12 in. and it worked great even shrank it. I let it cool and then pulled it off the foam, it pulled off with a little effort and some of the foam granules came with it.

If I lap it over the leading edge, I think it would stay forever.
