Default Cordless Air pumps for retracts

Hi I read a post on this forum about air pumps for retract systems Over here in the Uk some of us now use the cordless air pumps like the Rothenberger Battery Powered Cordless Air Pump - 1.9022 App $55.00 approx or a cheaper version sold under the name polco these retails around $25.90 dollers us (£16.00.. UK ) I have been using the one in photo for 2 seasons now pumps over 100psi in no time.. You can find these on the UK E bay site but they must sell on the US site too .. Pete F ..

The turbine guys in the club use them. Pretty handy. I'm waiting for my regular electric tire pump to die before moving up.

Many yrs ago I didn't like to have to pump them up all day if we flew many flights, so I filled them with freon, and one fill would last about 10-12 times, but would only fly 5-6 times before adding more. Just add someoil to itevery other fill.It regenerates it's self. I haven't had anything with retracks since then, but I have 3 sets now and going to build something for them.
