i was just wondering has anyone ever used clear laquer to clear coat with? and how does it hold up to fuel thank you

I've used lacquer in the past for nitro up to 15%. Assuming you're
putting it over paint, you have to use it only over lacquer paint.
If your color coat is enamel then it will wrinkle. Be sure and do a
test first. Otherwise use clear enamel.
