just take a tooth pick and put thin CA on one end stick it in the hole that is over drilled and let it set than use self tapping screws or drill it out again works evry time any one else have a method for doing that.

From: gone,
Stuff in toothpick with yellow glue... put the screw in immedistely. Screw is tight and can not vibrate free. It will sticll come out with a screwdriver though. (I have been using that one on wood screws for 20 years... similar has been done by handymen fixing door hinges and stuff since the wood screw was invented!)

i too never drill the hole. i put the servo in the mount with the isolators and and screw em down tight! then i tke the servi out, harden with CA wait, reinstall. The screws are small enough that drilling is just an extra step thats not needed.
