Cut a 2" wide x 4" long piece of glass cloth. Cup the cowl in your
hand and squeeze till the sag is gone then will holding that point,
lay in the cloth along the sag area inside and thin Ca the cloth in
place. Hold that shape till the Ca dries.

If you just got it, call the company and tell them what a crappy cowl they sent you (Get real mad and rant and rave and stuff) They'll send you a replacement. (and if they don't, tell them about the thread that you're going to post here telling us all what a s**tty company they are)
