Help, I'm finishing off a Harpoon Flying boat but the tip floats are missing.

I'm wondering as to shape - boat hull style or flat bottom; also height, should both floats be just touching the water or just one in the water. Also at what angle should one put the tips at compared to say the bottom of the wing/
