Default Expert On-board Glow Driver blinking light.

I have put a Expert on-board glow driver in to a 40 size P-82 Twin and like the instructions say I attached a 5 Cell 6 Volt battery. When I have either or both glow wires attached to glow plug(s) the and the system is set to come on the LED light blinks and there is no glow to the glow plug. The system is hooked up exactly like the instructions say. The battery is fully charged. The instructions do not say ANYTHING about a blinking light and I have been unable to find any instructions or troubleshooting other then the single piece of paper that comes with the unit.

Does anyone else have one of these and have experienced this issue? Any help is appreciated.

If not I will call Horizon Hobbies on Monday for advice on how to proceed next.

Some obvious questions . . .

Is the battery polarity correct ?

Are there grounding wires running from the engine blocks back to the glow driver ?

Are the plugs' polarities correct - you don't have one plug with reversed polarity do you ?

How do you know the driver is actually 'coming on' ?

Yes the battery polarity is correct.
There are ground wires coming off of both engines back to the glow driver.
The plug polarities are correct.
The driver LED is off unless it makes it to 1/4 throttle or below how I have it set up.

I have tried it with a single glow plug as well (wire disconnected from the second plug)

I have to ask.. How do you know the plug isn't getting any glow? If you are removing it from the engine to look at it - is it still grounded to the engine?

Yes I hold it up against the engine to ground the outside of the plug.
