Default prop performance for 40

what would give me the best aerobatic performance in prop size for a OS 40 LA. It currently uses a 10x6 Master Airscrew but i heard more length and less pitch is better for performance. Any help would be appreciated.

probably depend some on your plane also. (weight and drag...) Try an 11X4 or maybe 11x5

(more length and less patch will give you more power (and braking ability) but less speed, and the opposite is true for smaller props with higher pitch.)

Hi!
First use APC props ...those Master A is no good!!!
The OS .40 LA is no power house so if you fly at sea-level and are using an ordinary high-winged trainer aircraft a 11x6 will be best!
If on the otherhand you have it in a low-winged Q-500 racer type aircraft...then use a 10x6 APC prop.
