I had to do this for the pair of glasses I wear.
1. I used a brown prescription bottle.
2. I drew the the general shape out w/ a sharpie marker.
3.Trim it using Dremel and sandpaper to shape.
4. Since I am cheap,I used static models paint and nail polish applied w/ a toothpik or T-pin for the colors I need.
5.I CA or epoxy T-pins or stik pins to my plastik (frames) and bend them to fit the pilot__ Do this B-4 you paint otherwise it could get tricky.
6.Take your time and it'll look like store-bought.
