That plane has unlimited vertical, and it is fairly fast. He hasnt done any mods to it.

Glide slope isn't great... allowing it to go dead stick isn't advised until you have some famliarity with it.

A local club member just got one and brought it to the field last weekend. It flew so well on test flight that he forgot to watch the time... ran out of fuel and put it in a tree trying to make it to the runway. A monoplane would have made it to the runway.

The plane's strong though... just a divot in the LE of the top wing. should be flying again Sun.

Although none of the Ultimate guys at my field do hover, the plane is more than capable. It will tourque roll though since there isnt enough aileron in the prop wash to keep it from spinning.
