Default Webra vs Saito 180

Webra120 vs Saito 180, want to use the Webra 120 in a Hangar 9 Clipped wing Taylor caft. The Webra is rated at 3.24HP, the Saito at 2.8HP. Why is the Saito recommended? The Webra would appear to have plenty of HP. Is the thrust greater on the Saito? If so how does this impact flight characteristics?

I'd use the Saito based on the sound, it will much more scale. You can mount the Saito inverted and not cut the cowl to much.
