Is Createx or Faskolor better for painting Lexan bodies with an airbrush? I normally use Pactra in a can. Any info form airbrush users wanted.

My Feedback: (8)
I have airbrushed the inside of clear canopies for electric helicopters (T-Rex) with both of the paints you mention. Createx is exactly the same stuff as Faskolor and is quite a bit cheaper as well. (around half as much as the Faskolor that I can only get at a hobby shop)
Both give outstanding results when airbrushed. I have never had any problem with either one of them. You need at least a medium sized needle in the airbrush for it to work well. I tried using it in an Iwata airbrush I have that has a fine needle in it and I couldn't get it to spray. A Paasche VL airbrush with it's largest needle is perfect for the job.
I get my Createx from a local Hobby Lobby craft store. Another local craft store, Michaels, carries it as well.
