I hold mine on with tape. YOu can use black electrical tape or you can go to home depot and a blister pack with an asortment of colors, red, yellow, green, blue,& white.

Depending on the canopy shape I use tiny woodscrews.

I normally use wood screws, which enables me to go back inside if I would ever need to.

If you use E6000, your canopy will never come loose again.

This is some great stuff . I used it to glue the windshield on my SlowPoke and once it cured , you can pick the whole plane up by the windshield.

As I said before, use the E6000 and you will NEVER again have a problem with a canopy coming off.

I have had some pretty bad crashes over the years but the canopy glue joint has always been intact.

Try it once and you will never use anything else! Oh, did I say it is also cheap?

hey guys there was no problem with the canopy coming off. I had to pull it off to make repairs to the plane the silicone caulking i use was for doors and windoes just put a small bead of it along the inside of the canopy where it attaches and the smoothed it with my finger and pushed the canopy onto the plane wiped away the excess that squished out and let it cure. no that it has cured it is awesome i lifted the plane by it and it looks great so, if you need to fasten a canopy and you have some extra silicone caulking around just try it.

Thanks for all the suggestions

Chris
