Default Satio 150 mounted upside down

I am going to install a Satio 150 in a 120 size Stinger. The engine fits best if I mount it upside down. I've been told that I may have problems with the engine stalling if I mount it this way.
Any comments please?

Also if I do install it upside down how should the fuel tank be installed relative to the carburator?
