Default Questions on using Solartex

Hi all:
I plan on using solartex to cover a model I've just started building and have a few questions:

Perhaps someone can help:

First, can solartex be applied over solartex? For exaplme, I want to create a pattern on the wings which will require a base covering and then poieces of a top covering.

Second: can decals be applied over soalrtex?

Third: can trim tape be used over solartex?

Thanks in advance.

Larry

Was that using LustreKote? If so, did you have to sand the surface first or did you just spray?

Thanks.
