I have a friend that does a fantastic job with his air brush kit and I want him to paint a design on my aircraft. I just called someone who I thought would know and he said that you can't paint over ultracoat....is that true, if it is how can I paint my aircraft over top the coating or is it even possible...I don't know if you've heard of him but there's a guy on here called gator and he has several beautiful color schemes he uses on his aircraft....that's not paint?

I heard painting is possible. Though, when it scuffs, it will never be like new. I have not done it, but I head something about Sig Dope, especially on warbirds.
