Best way to make a replacement canopy?
After many years the canopy on my Aeroworks Edge 540 (25% builders kit) got to the point where I painted it black to cover up all the repairs. I'm thinking of trying to make a new one. Would it be possible to cut up a 2 liter pop bottle, heat it with a heat gun, and form it over the old canopy?
