Default STEP DOWN IN ONE SERVO

Hi,

I am building an Yak 110" from Exterem Flight.

In the surfaces i will use the HITEC 7950 TG - HV servos for all surfaces, this servos suport 7.4 V.

So, i need a help. In the engine servo i will use a HITEC 5695 MG wich suport 6.0v, but i will use 7.4 V LiPo baterries in the system. So if i use a Step Down regulator betwen the servo and the reciver, it will done ok? This Step Down is like that we use in Gyro servos.

Can any one help me?

Thanks,

Luis Moreira
