i have seen some really cool planes that were airbrushed!!! but i was wondering, as you know that when weather gets hot coverings tend to wrinkle up, will this affect the paint job?

the paint actually helps the covering to lay down and not wrinkle. I have not had a problem with any of the artwork on my plane. The wings were not painted on and were wrinkling/tightening back up everyday at the Nats - the rest of the plane stayed nice and tight.
