Default Building stock aileron

I want to build a lot of stock ailerons for a high wing trainer, sanding each aileron to shape will take a lot of time what is the best way to achive this for a mass production.

Thanks,
High..

You can buy ready made aileron stock from several balsa suppliers . I know SIG has it . Max H.

You can make a jig by gluing a piece of 3/23" music wire to a board, then a second piece that has been raised by a block of wood.

It will take a little doing to get the dimensions right, but once you do, you can just lay a piece of rectangle stock in it and plane or sand down to the wires.

I think for mass production a machine sander will be a good option rather than a sanding it with hand..
