All leading edges are a circular shape.

This tool is useful:

I use pvc pipe cut in half lengthwise. Comes in many different sizes. Cut the length pipe you want, split it lengthwise, glue a handle on it and use rubber cement to glue sandpaper to the inside. I use this kind of sanding block for many different jobs that need a rounded edge including wing tips, stab and rudder edges and so on.:D

Masking tape is a secret weapon for sanding. Protect the sheeting adjacent to the leading edge or wing tip prior to sanding. I use the blue painters tape in different widths for this task.

When sanding wing tips I usually wrap some masking tape over one end of a sanding bar. This wrapped end rides on the wing skin and prevents cutting into the skin.

You cannot have too many different sanding tools.

The best tool for this is a good (Stanley) low angle block plane. You can get the shape very close and accurate and then finish it with progressive grits of paper on a sanding block, then finally by hand. I actually love shaping leading edges. It is the most important part of the wing really.
