What is the covering made of? If monokote I'd try a little acetone. If it is paint, I'd just leave it alone.

I just tried debonder on a bit of Monokote, don't waste your money. It never worked
Just in case you were wondering :D

I've used acetone and debonder

on two different occasions and it worked for me. Maybe it depends on the brand of CA and the actual formula. They needed to be rubbed gently and with quite a bit of liquid. I had a case of all sorts of fingerprints and they disappeared.

Acetone will work, but you will have to keep it wet. Try putting a small piece of paper towel over the glue and keep the paper towel sautrated with acetone. It will eventually soften it up and remove it.

I've actually used a small amount of Top-Flite Trim Solvent on a small rag several times and it worked with no problems for both MonoKote and Ultracote. Don't wet it to much and rub lightly.

I can't stand it when that dreaded CA transfers from the fingers to the covering.

Use Acetone on a Q-Tip. It works great. You can buy it at Home Depot, and Acetone is cheap.
