The low speed needle is on the carb opposite side of the throttle arm

Remember that it is an Air Bleed, so open it (CCW) to lean out the low end mixture

Suggest that you go on to the engine manufacturer's support boards and ask the questions of Dave Shadel of YS who gives excellent advice.

The F 120's did not have a low speed adjustment on the carb.. Low speed adjustments are done by making slight adjustments to the pressure reg. screw on the bottom of the engine. Years ago my local YS "experts" said the screw should be almost flush with the edge of the reg. housing to give the best low end mixture. I wound up running mine turned in a bit more but I had a good idle and transition there.
