Rad. Shack servo help?
First of all i am so so sooooo glad i found this forum, second of all (getting back onto topic) i have a radioshack f350 4x4 that i baught about 3 years back, it has run very nicely and survived my abuses but now that the electronics board is broken (due to water form my winter bashings) i have upraded it to hobby class however i dont know how to fit the servo into place, it will fit up the stock servo slot but gets stuck on a little lump. I was thinking of just cutting the whole front of the truck off but i decided to get some advice before i do anything. Help would be greatly appreciated and pics to thanks.

Thank for the pics .. [sm=thumbup.gif]
If you cut the plastic, do it .. but leave some parts .. for the installation of your new servo HG.[8D]

RE: Rad. Shack servo help?
So do you think i should grind the stub off or cut the front end off? I noticed in the first pic that right side is a bit cricked too, would that happen if i put my servo into the slot and hooked it up?

RE: Rad. Shack servo help?
Try installing it between two walls of plastic ..
Put your servo into the slot ..
It should fit in place of the old servo ..
Before you cut too much, try it in this eapace time to time ..[8D]
