My New Bright Rock Crawler "SILVER-SCORPION"
MODS:
cut chassis
cut body
longer pins for shocks
cut 3 coils off springs
relocated shocks
made custom pivot point plates
removed return spring off steering servo
removed all interior peices and bumbers
limiting straps
cut tires
removed all stickers
lowered body
made body mount plate
painted a few things

STILLNEEDTODO:
Install 4th gear mod
get280 motors

Your body is now lowered ..[sm=thumbup.gif]

As you say, cut tires will give them a better aderant ground ..

You can install the motor 280 .. they are better than the stock motors.

Maybe you could install an antenna on spring ..

On my crawler MIX-CRAWLER, I already lowered the roll cage and remove the windshield.[8D]

With the 280, there is no cutting of plastic ..

The stock motor, are the 180 .. I think ..

Cobra69 can probably answer this question ..[8D]

Could someone please explain to me the 4th gear mod I have read about, and where I can get the 280 motors I have read about to solve the lack of torque with my jeep newbright. Appreciate the help:)</p>

The installation of the 4 th gear is a job long enough but not too difficult .. [8D]

The ratio would be 184 / 1 ... with a 34x10 in each differential ..
