i have the brushed emaxx and the right motor.(if you are looking at it from behind) made a funny clicking noise and finnaly broke, a few of the brushes in the motor came loose. i replaced the motor and it got vert hot and started to smoke. i took it in my house and it was making the clicking noise. the noise is deffinately coming from the motor. i am very frushrated and these motors are expensive, could anyone help me and what is traxxas email?

To make the stock motors last longer the load must be decreased somehow.

gear down , slow down, smoother surface, volt down, ect.

Probably the stockers are best. Some people like using the larger 775 motor too.
