Hi everyone,i just started my tmaxx 2.5 for the first time in 4 months ,it started fine but when i get to high speed it completely dies out ,i starts right back up though.
Does any one know what could be wrong with it?

Does it seem to quit when it shifts? If so,and it sounds like that try richening it up,when it hits high rmp's it starves for fuel, especially when shifting.I had the same problem the other day, cause mine .3.3 did the same.Mine was cause of the change in weather,so try backing that high end out till it wants to stall, the more you openthe throttlethe better it'll run, then fine tune it so it wont stall out when stomped from a dead stop.

This problem/question comes up too often. Anytime an engine sits for awhile you have to retune it! Chances are it was warmer when you ran it last so the mixture is leaner. Re-tune both needles and you should be in good shape. I'll go out on a limb and say 75% of the engine problems encountered is mixture related.
