What engine for my T-maxx
Hello all im a new member too this sight. this place rocks!!! But any way i have a traxxas t-maxx with a jt racing hybrid racing chassis, rpm everything, and custom built shocks. and it has a xtm 24.7 that im not a big fan of, i have alot of problems with it. so i would like to get a new engine for it. so what do you guys think i should get. i use it for bashing and pretty much all off road and some onroad to see how fast i can get it up too, i want an engine thats fast and that has enough torque to do wheelies and push this heavy truck around. And i am pretty new too nitro so i prefer it to be somewhat easy to tune...Thanks

mine is supposedly 3.4hp.. when it did run the carb wasnt adjusted so it wasnt great...

I just got the tmaxx a month or 2 ago.. but i have kids in sports and drive 60 miles each way to work.. leaves little time for me to mess with it.... thinking of selling it already..
i fired it up last night and i have to adjust the carb.. but it is ready to run.. maybe tonight after i cut the grass ill get a tank through it..

no mine has a stretched aluminum chassis.... dont know the make as i bought it all used
