RE: dual engines in tmax
I have done a few, and they are fun! I just finished a 3 engine T Maxx ( see in forum) . As long as you can do most of the work yourself, you can do it fairly reasonably. My engine of choice is the XTM 24.7 for great power and torque. Good luck!

RE: dual engines in tmax
I did all of my tuning on 2 engines changing the pairs. On 2 engines I broke every part in the driveline (shattered trans, every driveshaft and axle, diff gears and 1 case). Depending on the engines used, you can decide what you need. The 24.7s I used have a lot of torque, and I used 8.5" Jumbo Kongs (mistake). This led to all of my problems. 2 engines are fun, but in reality if the truck is a daily driver, it can be a hassle. As far as showing off though, nothing matches the look and sound of 2 engines (or 3). Unfortunately that cool sound is usually followed by the sound of breaking parts!
