the curb thing, it really depends on how fast ur going. if ure going fullspeed youll break things like bulkheads.

and you can drop a maxx, i dropped mine about 5 feet, landed on wheels, didnt even bottom out.

well i know that its not a good thing to go into a curb at 50 mph head on but what if i take it on at a angle?

for the shocks , do you think i could run it off a 20 ft drop...on second thought never mind any ways i was looking over the manuel and it sayd toe in and out where the front wheel point in to each other but whats it for? why do you want them to point at each other?

You don't. They're adjustable so that you can keep your wheels straight. A small amount of toe in/out will make your truck handle differently, and you can "tune" it to your liking.

When I hit a truck at an angle, I broke my rear skidplate and both of my rear bulkheads. This totally separated the rear of the truck from the front.

The Tmaxx is a good truck, but running anything into curbs at high speed, or off 20ft drops is not a good idea.

I was running my T in a parking lot helping a friend break in his savage. I had my throttle lock wide open because the linkage went too far and wouldn't return. I tried like mad to get it to flip over so I could shut it down. The engine was way over rev and there was a road near by. Fail safe wouldn't have been any use. To keep from causing a traffic accident I aimed it for a curb.
It brought the front tires to the back ones. I broke the bulkheads, shock tower, and bent some screws. 30 minutes later it was up and running again and the linkage was fixed. Usally the t-maxx is in it's natural habitat of dirt and mud. It migrated to the concrete for just a brief moment and was then returned to the wild after being nursed back to health.
