Would 2.5R take same cooling head as trx 2.5
Hello gents, I have a revo and have been hearing good things about people putting aftermarket cooling headsd on their motors. So I was thinking about puttig one on my Revo's 2.5R motor. Question, Do I buy one for the 2.5 motor? Thanks for any help fellas.
I am a heli guy and not all to familiar with surface engines. I cant see why it wont fit?

can you rephrase teh question... what do you mean "do i buy one for the 2.5 motor" Do you mean SHould i buy one and also do you mean the 2.5 R motor or the previous model. not to be picky but BTW it's engine not motor lol sry

LOL sorry, What I meant was, is a cooling made for the trx 2.5 the same thing I should order for my TRX 2.5R engine? I haven't been able to find any that specifically say for the TRX 2.5R.

Any machine that turns energy into motion is a motor regardless of the fuel used be it electricity or gas. And to answer the question any head that fits the 2.5 should fit the 2.5R. The block is essentially the same but the sleeve is ported a little different.
