I started a R/C trend.
Its pretty funny, I bought a Revo, my dad liked it so he went and bought a Revo. My dad took a magazine to work and one of his friends saw it and bought a Revo. My uncle came back from Iraq on a 2 week vacation and saw me and my dads running so he had to get one.
Its crazy, now i think one of my other uncles wants one, but he is doing some work to his house right now.
We all love our Revos
Since mine, my uncles and my dad's friend's Revo is blue, I got the green crystal and we have red, brown, and orange/black on order so we'll have a full set[8D] and it will help me out on race night so i have all 6 to choose from.

I have a savage, but damn the revo is a pretty good truck. Im the only one with an rc car like in the whole city of providence. People like to look at it but nobody really wants one here

While my uncle was breaking his in yesterday, 2 kids came and watched. They wanted one, but I doubt they could afford one.

I started the trend on a paintball forum!! haha ooh and the kid behind me saw me using my ramp.. he has a T Maxx now.. Bad thing is, he is on my channel, good thing I noticed quickly, and swapped crystals! He fired his up, and mine went coo-coo on me... I didnt realize what was going on, but soon figured it out when I heard anutter Nitro engine running..

Eh, no can do, I think we're devoted to going to TBird Hobbies and run them around then I'm gonna race that night. Sorry, and TBird is closer because it's in Attalla and I'm just outside of Boaz.

I hear ya pizzaman, i'm from nova scotia, I think i've got the only rc cars in the area, its kinda boring sometimes but I still run them,I get the ocasion kid come by and ask to drive them(not likely) I've been addicted to rc for years its a great hobby

Really cool hobby........Im the only one with an rc car where i live. Its true it does get boring, but i still dont get sick of this hobby

But I guess, even if you're the only one to have them.... it is still sweet. I think its cool when kids ask their parents for one and we discuss how much they are despite how cool they are. And when you get small crowds when you're bashin, it is kind of cool.

lol well i had a ntc3.. and it was pretty cool to drive because my whole street would watch it go about 40 mph up and down the road.... one guy that saw me driving said he was thinking about getting one... wait til i get my revo... lol then he will really want one.... there is a few ppl around here that have nitro. i havent gotten to drive with anyone yet but i plan on talking to my lhs guy and seeing if we can start a trend driving at a local place lol.. just a thought....
