If you look at the Vantage pipe, it appears to be an aluminum pipe covered with a CF sheet. Note the aluminum showing at the inlet and the wire mounting lug. RB already has a pipe that's very close to, if not the same shape and size. I've been using one on a 2.5 maxx and it's an insane torque pipe.

XTM's X-Factor has a similar pipe...I swapped mine for the XTM tuned version and let me tell you I gained noticeable power with the tuned pipe, but losts a bit of the look.
PS. I agree with fhm101, that vantage pipe is carbon coated aluminum...but that means the CF is going to hold the heat in the pipe as CF is not a great heat conductor...more of an insolater.
