does it matter if I use the traxxas or the trinity top fuel to break in my revo
I just got my revo today and can't wait to break it in.. but I picked up the trinity 20% instead of the traxxas top fuel.. should I wait or can I break it in now?

Yea I did some breaking in today around the 4th tank the truck was running above +300F on my temp gauge it seems to be running rich too. It just stalled once but seems to be running fine.
Wierd what should I do I don't want to burn out my motor? I don't know how to bring the temp down.

300+ is pretty hot, i coundnt see it running rich if its hitting 300 degrees. Are you using a temp gun and are you sure the gun is giving you the right reading? Is it reading 300 after your running it hard or is it reading that all the time?
Got a trail of smoke coming out of the pipe? how does it act/sound while your running it?

i don't have a temp gauge to measure my revos heat but it seems to run fine with a nice trail of smoke, if i lean it any more it cuts out at high throttle so its at about 3 3/4 turns, having trouble with the idle though as the clutch is trying to engage but if i lower the idle it wont run??? also seems to go like hell now its on 25% nitro!!!!
