Default i cant keep my tmaxx 2.5 runnin cool

it runs good until about half tank them gets hot an shuts off if i try to start it back up it is hard to start an shuts back off but if i let it cool then it starts right up an runs good do i need to get a cooling head for it or what i do live in florida so maybe it so warm here or what how many turns out do u guys run ur high speed needle an i wanted to get the dual exhaust from 2coolrc .com the one that comes out the back an is supposed to be loud anyone have one or now of them thanks guys[>:]

Its all in the fuel tank design. People change out their fuel tank but if you tune for performance at half tank then youll be fine, it will be a bit rich at full tank but as the tank progresses it will slowly kick in. I changed my fuel tank and installed an os 18 cv-rx and never looked back, And due to the smaller fuel tank i can run more lean to compensate for lesser runtimes.

how manyy ccs minimum do u need for a like 7 minute race with that os? cause i only use the top part of the traxxas tank

dual exhaust from 2coolrc .com
If you are having trouble tuning now, this will destroy your engine. It is not a tuned pipe and you will not be able to tune the engine. It may look cool and make a lot of noise, but is it worth your engine?

Im not sure but i will time my fuel tank and tell you how long my run time is.

full tank on a revo running just a scooch on the far side, i get around 12-13 min. one other thing i forgot to mention was i hadd to add a shime to my r/c helicopter when i ran it in humid/hot temps
