Just put a stock traxas FOC in.

Seems the trans has lost its built in clutch? so now the only clutch i have is the bell clutch? Is that right?

yep,
that is considered one of the biggest advantages of the foc, removing the f/r clutch eliminates that second clutch lag and makes the truck much more responsive to throttle input.

sweet, should have the max back up and running for this weekend.

Did the spring tare down and cleanup/rebuild. Pics to come
