RE: Ready for an ELECTRIC REVO?
My frend did the exact thing last year. He had almost hte same set up as you but he had moab xls and he used hv maxx engins. So muc power that the second you hit the throttle it would flip over. Get soem hv maxx engins, i know they are expensive but they are worth it!

RE: Ready for an ELECTRIC REVO?
If I was you guys, I would wait on getting these expensive conversions. Did you notce Traxxas upgraded all there Nitro Trucks, and then all the electric ones too EXCEPT FOR THE E-MAXX. hmmm maybe something else is gonna replace it.

RE: Ready for an ELECTRIC REVO?
the rolling chassis at rc-monster.com comes with x-brace chassis kit, front and rear revo suspensions, gmaxx single speed tranny conversion, emaxx motor mount, and front/rear bumpers. for an awesome truck, just add a brushless motor and controller, servo, ubec, steel idler, and some batteries! i run this conversion from rc-monster and it bashes good and races really good. worth every penny!

RE: Ready for an ELECTRIC REVO?
...I agree that GorillaMaxx is very overpriced but its all rational whether or not you agree on the value...
...I prefer EP to GP...But they do both have their pro's and cons...Maybe EP is GP for dummies? lol...
...Of course everyone could solve ALL their problems and just go and get an EZILLA Right Inverted? lol...

RE: Ready for an ELECTRIC REVO?
I guarentee I could set one up that would murder ANY dual brushed, but it would cost more then this months rent if that tells you anything.
