You'll need the motor (duh), the ez-start, OWB and this:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDAJ7&P=7
It has the pipe, header, bellcrank, linkage and instructions. I believe that's the list.
I did that conversion about six months ago and, while it is more powerful and more fun, I do not reccomend it. I chose to go that way because I wanted to keep the ez-start.
If I had it to do again I would use either this engine:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXGGP8&P=ML
for a quick, easy swap out. Only problem, if you can call it that, is that it won't take the ez-start.
OR this one:
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXHLW0&P=ML
Much more powerful, accepts the ez-start but is a direct swap for the 2.5r not the Pro.15 so yo'll still have to buy the bellcrank http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDDR6&P=7 and maybe a pipe

Yes, it is a .15 size motor but it is distinctly different from the old Traxxas Pro.15.

the truck i have now the picco 27 Maxx was a .15 t-maxx. I traded my PSP for it and the engine didnt have enough power. So i upgraded to the 2.5r. i needed a 2.5 t-maxx linkage kit. The servo stayed in the same place. That is what i needed (that i can remember) and if i am missing something, someone correct me

If you go with the OS .18 CV-RX(s) it should actually cost less than the 2.5r when all is said and done - $110 and no extra bits and pieces. More power, easier tuning and better reliability than the 2.5r but no ez-start.
The TM is more money but from all reports a much more powerful motor but you will need other bits and pieces, same OS tuning and reliability and ez-start compatable too.
If I had it to do again I think I'd go the CV-RX route. Less money, more power and I can tune well enough that the pull start would not be a problem. But that's just me.
