depends on the maker. but an aluminum case is still just aluminum. the only trouble you will encounter is if you cases and bulkheads (aluminum) are made by 2 different companys. the diff collars may not fit right

Any aluminum diff case would help a maxx. The stock plastic ones flex a good bit which causes many of the blown diffs you hear about. Stock gears are quite strong when properly shimmed and in anything but the stock cases. IMO

well in my savy they have lasted about 7 months where as the stock plastic ones lasted like a month lol, so id say they are defently a great buy for any truck. oh and the ones i got where GH ones, they fit pirfectly.
