What would be some good upgrades for my stock s-maxx besides 4wd nad i dont want reverse.

Get a new steering servo, the stock one is really under powered. Also get a rechargable batter pack for your servos, that makes a difference with the sterring too. Tune pipe will help performace a little. I bought the handle that attaches to the tranny and i love that thing. other things i did..
aluminum skid plates & bumpers (more for looks)
Big bore shocks (stock platic doesnt cut it after a while)
New tires (must if planing on racing at a track)
FOC
Rear spool (wont get stuck or high centered as often)

Thats a start but really depend on if you want to race or bash.
