Hello, I am relatively new to Nitro RC. I have had my Revo 2.5 for about 5 months, and just really haven't been impressed by it's performance. I have a friend who does a great job of tuning my engine, but I just feel like the 2.5 hasn't lived up to my expectations. I orginally bought my Revo off of a guy on ebay who said it had only had 4 tanks of fuel through it and that it wasn't through break in. Perhaps he lied a little, I don't know. Anyway I am thinking of buying a 3.3 engine to stick in the Revo I have. Do you guys think this a good idea, and does it require any modifications other than changing out the engines? Thanks!

Engine swapping to a 3.3 is a direct drop in. No mods necessary.

Nope, change out the engine, that's it.
The OS.18 TM is another good option.
