which engine the Revo 3.3 or the OS 18tm?
Ok Guys, After much reading, thought and debate, I have narrowed down my new engine choices to replace my original T-Maxx 2.5 motor. I originally had it down to 3 choices: The Picco 21, the Revo 3.3 and the OS 18tm. But after some talks with guys using the Picco, I have decided to take that engine out of the running
So answer the poll, if you had to choose, which engine would you put in your old T-Maxx? The new Revo 3.3 or the O.S. 18tm?

OS .18 TM - No question in my mind.
The TRX 3.3 may be a decent engine but there's very little that can compete with OS reliability and tuneability.
I've got one in my Revo 2.5 and am very pleased and impressed.

I did have to make that choice, I went with the OS and could not be happier. $135 for traxxas engine plan or $170 for OS 18tm. Yeah a little extra cash, but no Traxxas tunability problems, reliable, holds a tune. Oh yeah, it also has more power!!!!! Isn't an extra $35 worth all that???????

I have driven both in the same car. I prefer the 3.3 Even as im saying this im clicking accept payment so my OS 18TM gets shipped out!

Ok, thanks for your opinions guys. Looks like I am ordering up my OS engine. I am going to continue running my 2.5r engine on my truck until it craps out, and have the OS waiting in the wings to take it's place.

Yup.....just when I start thinking there is hope for him...... he throws a wild pitch like that. And he's planning on racing this weekend, still doesn't know how to tune......"Train wreck......."
