Had to replace the one way bearing for 1st gear. the new one spins both ways on the shaft unless I move the 2 spd gizmo and everything back a little, which doesnt leave enough room for the output yoke to clear the case. The question is, what makes the one way bearing only turn one way? I can't see it. I need to figure out if I got a bad bearing or if I need to get a new shaft also.

Fixed:
I called traxxas and they had me change the primary shaft. that fixed the problem. The rep said any time the one way bearing is changed to change the shaft also.
