i have a t-maxx 2.5. i want to get a new engine for it. i don't race i just bash. i want it to have more power on take off and also more top end. what engine should i get. i was thinkin RB TM523 O.S max .18 eb mod Ofna Picco .26 i want to stay with a small block cause i just got the integy evo 2 conversion kit so i don't want to change the new chassis i got. please help new to this stuff what would be the best one to get?????????????

IMHO the OS TM .18 is the way to go. I had the RB .23 323 and it had a ton of power but, was a pain to tune. My brother has the OS in his Revo and it runs great without tunning issues.

i dont have any of this engines but i go for rb 523 almost same price with os 18eb mod, it includes tuned pipe & manifold...great package!!!

i have the 523 on my revo and that things is crazy just give it some time after break in process for it to wake up!!

I want one of these engines too and was told that the 18TM is the way to go. I don't know why but the TM seems a little "small" to me. I'd like an engine that gives the MAXX a nice acceleration and speed. The TRX 2.5 I have now gets boring after some time. The TM will give me the same feeling?

well my friend has the tm18 on his revo and his truck can keep up with my revo but my rb523 is still alot stronger then the tm18!!
