Default Shock oil and Springs?

I currenly have my revo in peices for cleaning and while it is apart I was thinking about some new Springs, rockers and changing the shock oil . Not sure what to use to many options. Just want to Bash the hell out of it and have some fun. Dont want it to bounce around to much on rough surface but be able to take a hard landing once in a while.

I beat the H3LL out of mine and I have found that the long travel springs blue and silver with 30-35wt oil and P2 rockers, it is perfect for the all out bashing. least on the 3.3 revo. I was breaking too many shocks with the heavy wt oil and lighter springs. with 30-35 wt and LT springs it handles great for my driving style. soaks up landings without bouncing everywhere.
