If you plan on dropping in a BB, I would recommend Qoncepts BB kit. Its by far the best BB kit available.

IMO yes, but it is harder to tune. I wouldn't put an axial in a revo, but that's just me. I'd say you should look at

18 TM
18 TZ with the slide carb (for on road tourers and ST's but is AWESOME for a revo)
21 vz-b v-spec
Picco .26
SH .28 P6 or P3
STS .28
XTM 457 pro
LRP z .28 spec 2 or 3.

i used a new era bb mount in my 3.3 w/ an axial .32. i already had the motor from use in a warhead[:'(]. i checked bb mounts, and what i found was that the new era was the only one that would allow use of a roto or pull start. i think all the others require a bump box.

Yup, but it does need to be sealed before being put into operation.....then tuning will be much easier, tho tuning through the first few tanks should be minimal. The engine is TIGHT, it will build temp fast, especially on the first tank. When it hits 260, shut it off and let it cool(piston at BDC) and continue this through the first 2 tanks......then it will start levelling out on temp and responding properly to adjustments.

is the picco as reliable as an os
