IMO, drivetrain upgrades are prerequisite to installing a bigger motor. At the very least- CVD's.Even Traxxas knows their driveshafts are a weak link.

My theory has always been to not upgrade anything untill it breaks.
I've bumped the engine up in three of my trucks and have yet to ruin drivetrain parts.
So what I'll do is just put it in, probably into my Revo, and replace stuff if it breaks. If stuff starts breaking, oh well, I'll replace it. If not, I'll spend that cash on something else for the RC's.

the port is a bigblock port i can tell by the headers bore size compaired to how big the notor looks in the pictures thats why if you scale it up to how bigits going to be then its a bb bore

Yeah, me either. A link would be really nice. It would be a poor joke if somebody photoshopped a .18 TM into a .21.

I found it!! It took a while to load up though. It says it's supposed to have 1.8 hp. I've also emailed os engines to see what exactly what they have to say but they haven't got back to me yet.

Its probably gonna be awhile till it reaches the state and by then, the price will be higher along with a big demand. I'll stay happy with my .18TM for awhile.

No doubt it will start out high.
Didn't the TM start out at $239 then go to $219, then $189 and now it's down to $149.
Just give it a few months and it will drop to a reasonable price.
Untill then there's always the Pico Maxx, or the RB engines or even the Siro if you've got enough cash to spend.
